He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Medsger and Thelma Medsger (Morrison). He is survived by: his wife Flora "Peggy" Medsger (Taylor); his children, Deborah Dziack (George), Carl P. Medsger (Belinda) and Susan Yackovich (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Richard, Gregory Frank, Nathaniel Dziack, Shawnna Crago, Taylor Medsger and Carl P. Medsger, Jr.. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
