He is survived by: his mother Suellen Abraham Bartko Lotz; his children, Steven Thomas, Anthony Bartko, Nathaniel Bartko, Garrett Hall, Allie Bartko and Ashley Bartko; and his siblings, Gary Bartko, Kelly Estok and Jennifer Gallagher. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
