She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Potocki and Anna D. Potocki (Kopydlowski); and her brother Walter A. Potocki. She is survived by: her children, Harry A. Olechowicz (Andrea), Ronald A. Olechowicz (Sandra), Carol M. Pack, Jr. (Anthony "Bud") and Richard M. Olechowicz (Sarah); her grandchildren, Dr. Jessica Olechowicz-Zysk (Chris), Krista, Kari Marquart (Matt), Stacey Stauffer (Mark), Danielle Chapon (Timothy), Dr. Nicole, Anthony Pack, III (Ali Dalton), Reagan Olechowicz and Dale McCullough (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Cora Chapon, Alina Beasley, Brooks Chapon, Anthony Pack IV, Cameron Pack, Dixon McCullough, Kinsley McCullough and Declan McCullough.
