He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carradine Sr. and Sandra Montjar. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob of Plum and Louis of Castle Shannon; his former wife Bonnie of Castle Shannon; and his siblings, Tammy Frech Arnold (Chris) of Karns City and Jim Carradine of West Mifflin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
