With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Marjorie Illig of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2022 at the age of 101. She was predeceased by: her father Lemuel E. Evans; her husband Bernard L. Illig; and her siblings, Gladys Berkheimer, Harvey, Walter and Eugene Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Sara A. Fagan (John) of Tarpon Springs, FL, David L. Illig of West Mifflin and Paul L. Illig (Lynn) of Salisbury, NC.; her grandchildren, John, Sara, Patrick and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, John Connor, Tess, Kate, Emma, Evelyn and Joseph. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
