He is survived by: his wife Susan Scarlato (Krasuski); his children, Melissa Fulmer (Todd) of Elizabeth, Roxanne Evans (Bob) of West Mifflin and Rocco J. Scarlato; his grandchildren, Hunter Fulmer, Mackenzie Evans and Abigail Evans; his brother Eugene Scarlato (Peggy) of West Mifflin; and his cousins, Arlene Fath (Dave) of West Mifflin and Jackie Belan (Sue) of West Miffflin.
