He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Restagno and Josephine Restagno (Salen); and his siblings, Lena Messina, Rose Marie "Tootsie", Vincent, Francis and Therease Restagno.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Restagno (Horwat); and his parents-in-law, Regina Horwat of Verona, Larry, Anna Marie Millinder of Johnstown, Stephen and Alyce Horwat of Lewis Center, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks are required; CDC and State guidelines will be observed; and social distancing will be enforced on funeral home property A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 11 AM at Triumph of the Holy Cross, Holy Spirit site.
