He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scott and Margaret Scott (Flaitz); and his sister Kathy Scott. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Hartnett-Scott; his children, Kimberly Hartnett, Rebecca Sabo (Ryan) and Richard Hartnett; his grandchildren, Mikayla Hartnett, Rory and Rhea Sabo; his siblings, Mary Alyce Colette (Brad), Gayle Hora (Joe), Dave Scott (Michele), John Scott (Gayle) and Robert Scott (Christine); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Scott, Kevin Scott, Shaun Scott, Shannon Barker (Billy), Kayla Hartnett and Alaina Hartnett.
