He is survived by: his children, James Randall Dillard (Cyndi), Wayne Eugene Dillard (Kim), Rhonda Jayne Dillard-Toth, Kevin Charles Dillard (Elsie) and John Jeffrey Dillard; and his siblings, Shirley Dillard Frye, Daniel Ray Dillard and Debbie Dillard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
