It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philomena E. Howard of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bost and Catherine Bost (Andres); her husband James Howard; and her siblings, John Bost (Mary), Catherine Noll (Andrew), Albert Bost, Alberta Budai (James), Mary Albrecht (Tony), Rinehart Bost (Betty), Cecelia "Sis" Chobirko (William "Chip") and Rose Sovich (George).

She is survived by: her children, James F. Howard (Carol) of West Mifflin, Terrence D. Howard (Jean) of West Mifflin, Patricia H. Klocko (Tom) of West Mifflin and Susan M. Howard of West Mifflin; and her grandchildren, James "Murt" Howard, Andrew Howard, Megan Howard, Mariah Howard and Daniel Howard. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
