He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter L. Janusek and Alice Janusek Monroe (Kopasko); his wife Cheryl Janusek (Capalbo); his children, Mark Janusek (Beth) of Bethel Park and Carol Hanlin (Martin West) of Duquesne; his grandchildren, Katrina Janusek, Megan, Brandon Janusek and Lucas Zelasko; and his siblings, Diane Harlacher of West Mifflin and Patrick Monroe (Becky) of Pleasant Hills. He was also cherished by aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Maloy-Schleifer Funeral Home (915 Kennedy Ave, Duquesne, PA 15110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (817 Grant Ave, Duquesne, PA 15110).
