He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew, Nicholas, George, Albert, Elmer Olsakovsky, Michael Begala and Ann Creque; his wife Helen Olsakovsky (Mondock); his daughter Lisa Luteran (Jim Luteran); his grandsons, Joshua (Kelly) and Benjamin (Jamie Seiss); his son Paul Olsakovsky Jr. (Susan Zarlinski Olsakovsky); his grandchildren, Paul III, Matthew (Mikyala Ishman), Alyssa (Daniel O'Connell) and Victoria (Shawn Seeley); his son Steven Olsakovsky (Judy Mehalik Olsakovsky); his grandchildren, Lily (Benjamin Bamberger), Carly and Louis; his son Larry Olsakovsky (Carolyn Evancho Olsakovsky); and his grandchildren, Abbey, Sela (Kyle Graham) and Jolee. He is also survived by his four children, twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
