She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester "Bus" Forsyth and Susan Forsyth (Kerston); her husband Bernie; and her son Jamie Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Schrieb (Bruce), Jeff Rogers (Karen) and Michelle Studnicki (Mark); her siblings, Shirley Ann Kohl, John Forsyth and Karen Yunn; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jamie, Darren, Gabrielle, Maci, Olivia, Claudia and Zoee; her great grandchildren, Dylan and Westen; and her niece Rhonda Sprankle (Dave). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
