He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert "Junior" Opalko and Patricia Opalko (Spanitz) of North Huntingdon; his wife Colleen Opalko (Pawlak); his daughters, Jessica Opalko (Andrew Pfister), Melissa Opalko of West Mifflin and Amanda Opalko (Louis M. Kruszewski) of Port Vue; and his grandchildren, Nikolas, Madelyn, Laila, Alec, Iris, Christian and Millina.
