She is survived by: her children, Norman Petrick (Pamela), Paula Francis (Keith) and Mark Petrick (late Mary Grace); her grandchildren, Debra, Christopher, Matthew Petrick, Alan Francis, Jennifer Matcuk (Dan), Mark, Jr. and Meghan Petrick; and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Lucas Matcuk. She is also survived by siblings.
