Collins (Kraft); his siblings, Frances Wesley (late Richard) and Wayne Collins (Sonia); his nieces and nephews, Colleen Wesley (John), Hollen, Meaghan and Sean Collins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney, Emily, Hayley and Hannah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Len's name to Fur All Kittys Cat Rescue, 1824 Homeville Road, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
