He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Jenny" R. Munsie (Cocuzzi); and his son Jason. He is survived by: his son John T. Munsie (Christine); and his grandchildren, Anna, Ian, Cameron, Riley, Ryan and Aidan.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, to please consider donating to either the West Mifflin Titan Baseball Boosters or Greenfield Baseball Association in Jack's memory.
