He was predeceased by: his wife Carol S. Ursiny (Rogers); his parents, John M. Ursiny and Margaret Ursiny (Lawrence); and his sister Marilyn Rose 'Susie'. He is survived by: his children, John J. Ursiny (Kelley) and Deborah Wehr (Jason); his grandchildren, Tara, Joelle, Andrew Ursiny, Simon and Roger Wehr; and his siblings, Michael Ursiny (Darlene) and Judith "Judy" Sidor (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
