He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoblak and Julia Hoblak (Chobirko); his wife Karen M. Hoblak (Deets); his son Jonathan Hoblak; and his siblings, Carol Hathaway and Lawrence Hoblak.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Simmons of West Mifflin, James Hoblak (Cynthia) of North Huntingdon, Susan Davies (Edward) of Finleyville, Kathleen Hoblak of West Mifflin, Kristine Karpinsky (Robert) of Finleyville and Eric Hoblak (Devera) of West Mifflin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
