She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Ejchost (Huchrowski) and Joseph Ejchost. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Kotulsky; her children, Joy L. Kotulsky and Justin J. Kotulsky (Elizabeth Randolph); her grandchildren, Jade (Michaela Miller), Jaxson, Jathan, Joel and Ryder; and her sister Marcia.
