She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Revak; her son Andrew Revak; and her parents, Andrew Janicko and Anna Janicko (Fedor). She is survived by: her children, Daniel Revak and Patricia Buck (Raymond); her grandson Brian Revak; her stepgrandson Gary Buck; and her sister Mary Janicko.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, where Helen was an active and devout member.
