She was predeceased by: her husband Paul A. Olsakovsky, Sr.; her parents, Andrew Mondock and Elizabeth Mondock (Janosko); and her siblings, Anne Tima (Mike), George Mondock (Mae), Betty Koza (Joe), Margie Gannon (Jack) and Pauline Deutsch.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Luteran (Jim), Paul A. Olsakovsky, Jr. (Susan), Steven Olsakovsky (Judy) and Larry Olsakovsky (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Joshua (Kelly), Benjamin Luteran (Jamie Seiss), Paul A. Olsakovsky, III (Jenna Letham), Matthew Olsakovsky (Mikayla), Alyssa O'Connell (Daniel), Victoria Seeley (Shawn), Lily Bamberger (Benjamin), Carly Olsakovsky, Louis Olsakovsky, Abbey Olsakovsky, Sela Olsakovsky (Kyle Graham) and Jolee Olsakovsky; her great grandchildren, Lena, Lucy Luteran, Kinsley Luteran, Emma Seeley, Lyla Bamberger and Mason O'Connell; and her sister Theresa Leskanic (late Jack). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and friends.
