With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances V. Halapin of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew M. Halapin; and her parents, George Valko and Elizabeth Valko. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Halapin (Lynn), Carolyn Roper (Michael) and Beth Ann Stephan; her grandchildren, AJ Merzlak (Lindsey), Jordan Oeler (Megan), Charles Halapin (Caet), Paul Halapin (Amber), Nicolas Merzlak (Kaya), Mitchell Oeler (Laura) and Adeline Roper; and her siblings, Betty Ann Orkis (Ronald) and George Valko (Cindy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
