He is survived by: his spouse Jean Suchta Sullivan; and his children, Maryanne Donahoe (Michael), Daniel Joseph Sullivan (Kim), Thomas James Sullivan (Lynn), Susan Elizabeth Mszyco (Mark) and David John Sullivan (Rebecca). He is also survived by "PAPPY" for 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
