She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph T. Kascak; her daughter Kathleen Kascak-Kovaly; her parents, John Stapola and Helen Stapola; and her siblings, Edward Stapola and Helen Blotzer.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce and Joseph Kascak (late Sue); her grandchildren, Brian (Jessica), Blair DalBon (Melissa), Lindsay Schneider (Michael), Bethany Canavan (Patrick), Katie Spreen (Roger), Keith Kovaly (Jessica), Christie and Tiffany Kascak; and her great grandchildren, Brody, Chase, Callee, Ellie, Mason, Stella, Edwin and Kellen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as a large extended family.
