He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. McAfee and Grace J McAfee (Lancia). He is survived by: his wife Linda M. McAfee (Frum); his children, Clifford R. McAfee, Jr., Michael D. McAfee and Shannon M. Walker (David); his stepdaughter Julia E. Dean (Kristie); his grandchildren, Nina, Gianna, Hanna, Grace, Alexis and Catherine; his stepgrandchildren, Spencer, Dru and Amelia; his siblings, Donna Wielock (Frank) and James McAfee (Patricia); his siblings-in-law, Diane Delaini (Timmy) and James Frum; and his pets, Elyot, Sophia, Mollie and Kiwi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the PA Wildlife Commission, and in lieu of flowers, contributions should be sent to Jefferson Hospital Cancer Center in memory of Clifford R. McAfee, Sr.
