He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Duane Holmes and Elsie May Holmes (Lynn); and his brother Duane Melvin Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Holmes (Evancho); his children, Chelsea Alyse Holmes and Corey Michael Holmes Sr. (Dawnice) of Monroeville, PA; his grandson Corey Michael Holmes Jr.; his sister Diane Bomba (Holmes); and his sister-in-law Joanne Holmes (Lesko). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
