She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pagley and Dorothy Pagley (Hiler). She is survived by: her children, Kayla Pavkovich (Dwayne) of Poland, OH, Steven Szeszko (Connie) of San Antonio, TX, Cory Flynn (Katie) of Cape Cod, MA, Cody Flynn of Ogden, UT and Coleton Flynn (Nick LaSota); her stepson Michael Donatelli (Aubrey) of Poland, OH; her grandchildren, Sydney, Madison Szeszko, Oliver Pavkovich and Weston Flynn; and her stepgrandchildren, Mason and Maximus Donatelli. She is also survived by five siblings, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Toni finally married the love of her life, Joe Donatelli, on August 25, 2022, following a long courtship.
