He is survived by: his parents, George W. Palmer and Carol A. Ascione (Williams); his wife Lauretta Palmer (Hamilton); his children, Chelsey Palmer (Bill Colwell) of Oil City, PA and Josh Palmer (Jenny Racoci) of Pulaski, PA; his brother Todd Palmer of New Castle, PA; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Muscarella, Emily Muscarella, Casey Romine, Joshua Palmer and Cooper Cowell. He is also survived by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
