She is survived by: her sons, Ralph E. Perilli of West Middlesex and Rodney P. Perilli (Janice) of Sharpsville; and her grandchildren, Mia Perilli, Raubi Perilli, Ana Perilli, Dustin Perilli and Michael Perilli. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
