Burnell (Risko) of Chesapeake, VA; her husband Gary L Palm; her children, Laura L. Laurain (Joseph), Richard D. Strohecker, Jr., Shawna Palm and Tammy Palm; and her siblings, Valerie Lynn Burnell of Chesapeake, VA, Ernest "Jim" Burnell of Atlantic Beach, NC and Randall Burnell. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
