She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Stefanak and Mary Stefanak (Tobasco); and her siblings, Philip, Ted, Andrew, Norbert, Matthew Stefanak, Mary Ann Mihalcak and Betty Jane "Betts" Sokolak.
She is survived by: her significant other David T. David (Dave); and her children, Darla Yamaato (Brian) of Roswell, GA, Diane David of Charleston, SC, Doreen Thurston (Rad) of Dunwoody, GA, David T. David, Jr., Daniel David (Tammy) and Drew David (Jena) of Oviedo, FL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and great grandchild.
