She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dolata and Anastasia Dolata (Pawaski); her husband John Hlumyk; her children, Karen Marie Shingledecker and John Paul Hlumyk (Rae Ann); and her siblings, Ann, Violet, Cecilia, John, Stanley, Leo and Walter.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristin, Nicole, Lauren, Alexander and Anastasia; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Emily. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
