He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Frank Hulley, Sr. and Augusta Hulley (Bohannon); and his brother Billy Frank Hulley. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Roberson (Deborah) of Sharon, Eloise Moss of Sharon, Onia Mae Hulley of Sharon, Annette Morrison (James) of Farrell, Pennsylvania, Avon Crawford of Farrell, Shirley Weaver and McCray Roberson. He is also survived by granddaughter; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Word Centered Fellowship Presbyterian Church (710 Carnegie Ave, Sharon, PA 16146). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Word Centered Presbyterian Church (710 Carnegie Ave, Sharon, PA 16146).
