He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Veronica Kisiday Legarth; his wife Bonita Joyce "Bon" Firestone Legarth; his children, Stacey Renee and Baby Boy Legarth; and his sisters, Martha Lovaty and Marlene Trout.
He is survived by: his sons, George L. Legarth, Jr. (Dana) of Dunbar and Ronald L. Legarth, Sr. (Christina) of Hopwood; his grandchildren, Melayna Herman (Michael) of Connellsville and Malarie Andolino (Zach) of Connellsville; his son Mackenzie Legarth (Alan Cooley) of Smithfield; his great grandchildren, Mckinley, Lainey, Riley, Marshall, Colsen and Madeline; his brother Sylvestor "Butch" Legarth (Diane) of Ohio; his close friend Colleen Jones; and also, Crystal Clark, Tom Jones and Suzanne Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
