He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Muffley and Mary Muffley (Hill); his wife Marietta Jean Muffley (Ashbaugh); his siblings, Merle, Earl Muffley and Mary Ellen Strother; and his stepson Dennis G. Tira.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Pauline Hutton of Apollo; and his stepsons, Rev. Joseph Tira (Kathleen) and Randy L. Tira (Carol). He is also survived by 12 stepgrandchildren.
