Renwick (Jeffrey L.) of Apollo; his grandchildren, Tara Lynn Mazur, Theresa Marie Mazur, Jennifer Ann Mazur, Shane J. Mills and Sara C. Mills; and his siblings, Thomas Mills of West Leechburg, Catherine Gallo (Francis) of Vandergrift and Lorraine Mills of West Leechburg. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
