She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Kocsis and Hazel Kocsis (Adams); her husband Jeffrey Lynn Milchak Sr.; her children, Jamie Lynn Milchak, Jacie Lee Milchak and Jeffrey Lynn Milchak Jr.; her grandchildren, Daniel Timothy Payne Jr., Hazel Marie Payne, Keara Zen Ashbaugh and Jeffrey Lynn Milchak III; and her siblings, Sandra Cherry and Sherian Karaffa.
