He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Robert Sr. Overly and Elizabeth Overly (Oeschgar); his wife Toni C. Overly (Valenti); his daughter Aimee C. Kaszubski; and his siblings, Dolores Koestel, Harry Jr. and Wayne.
He is survived by: his sons, C. G. Overly Jr. of Allegheny Township, Kevin M. Overly (Michelle) of Upper Burrell and Christian A. Overly; his grandchildren, Kory, Joshua, Nicholas, Nathan, Gibby III, Alexandra, Kevin Jr., Amanda, Anthony and Gabbi; and his siblings, Jane Wicks of Arnold, Marlene Gerdes of Plum and Clifford Overly (Jacqueline) of Lower Burrell. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
