We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2020, at the age of 67, Florence B. Mills of West Leechburg, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ortman and Millie Ortman (Hancock). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Mills of West Leechburg; her children, Thomas Mills, Jr. of Plum, Lisa Mills of Greensburg, Eric Mills of California and Michael Mills (Jennifer Laymon) of Apollo; and her close friend Eileen DeVilling. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
