She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Kummick (Jane Paino, MD) of Venice, FL, Vivian Cribbs (Richard) of Ford Cliff, Kathleen Seren of Cabot, Linda Warcholak (Michael) of West Leechburg and Patricia Kummick (Jeff Fait) of Greensburg; and her nieces and nephews, David Cribbs of Rural Valley, Amy Bruner (Troy) of Ford City, Jonathan Kummick (Alyssa) of Pendelton, IN, Matthew Seren (Allison) of Potomac, MD, Janelle Kummick of Indianapolis, IN, Zeppy and Zoe Kummick of Venice, FL.
