He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bell and Ellen A. Bell (Watson); his wife Louise V. Bell (Artman); his daughter Sydney L. Belfield; his granddaughter Stacia Belfield; and his siblings, Walter Bell and Evelyn Blystone.
He is survived by: his son Gary E. Bell (Darlene) of West Leechburg; and his grandchildren, Travis Bell (Alyson), Dr. Leeanne Bell McManus (Mark) and Bradley Belfield. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
