He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adamchuk and Sophia Adamchuk (Kwasnicka); and his sister Stephina Adamchuk Madarasz. He is survived by: his wife Norma G. Adamchuk (Canil) of West Leechburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
