She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Atherton); and her husband Joseph R. Kolenik. She is survived by: her sons, John J. Kolenik (Vicki) of Bangor and Kenneth R. Kolenik (Karen) of New Kensington; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Daniel, Shannon and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Abigail and Natalie; and her sisters, Dee Coleman of Gilpin Township and Beverly Smith of Apollo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
