Miccolis of Vandergrift, Gary Miccolis (Carolyn) of West Leechburg and Karen Miccolis (Thad Vernam) of Jackson Center, PA; her grandchildren, Brandon, Cari Ann, Connie and David; her great grandchild Shalynn; and her great great grandchild Xavier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
