He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rhoads and Elsie (Bastian); and his brother Ronald Rhoads. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Rhoads (Conrath); and his children, Stacey L. Negron of Reading and Kevin D. Rhoads of Reading. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
