She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Samuel Herbein; and her parents, Austin Lester Smith and Mary Naomi Smith (Snyder). She is survived by: her children, Steven Allen Herbein (Carolyn Herbein) of Atlanta, Georgia, Leslie Anne DiPaolo (Michael DiPaolo) of Shillington, James Jeffrey Herbein of Fritztown and Christopher Lee Herbein (Terry Herbein) of West Lawn. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
