She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Hess and Elizabeth M. Hess (Rodgers); and her son Jason D. Loy. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica C. Yurick of West Lawn; and her brothers, Paul J. Hess of Sykesville and Carl E. Hess of State College.
