He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli K. Herbein and Edith V. Herbein (Matthew). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Herbein (Katchur); his daughters, Jennifer Klick (Bradley) and Jessica Herbein (Veselin); his granddaughter Morgan Klick (Boss); and his pets, Phoebe, Ally and Daphne.
