She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Lebeda; her parents, Marko Strucaly and Tereza Strucaly (Sutila); and her siblings, John, Amelia Secunda, Frank, George, Mark and Agnes Strucaly.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Hanus (John), Mark Lebeda (Melissa), Michael Hanus, Marie Poole (Derreck), Brittany Wallace (Scott), Ryan and Miranda Lebeda; her great grandchildren, Collin Poole and Freddy Wallace; and her sister Barbara Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
